Dwarf Animation Studio is currently seeking Coordinator

Job Description 

We are currently seeking a coordinator within our growing Production Team. The coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating the efficient running of our feature film development. The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining an overview of the pre-production schedule & materials, and working with the production manager, CG supervisor and artistic teams.

This position has growth potential for the right candidate.

Essential Skills

  • Track shots/assets
  • Schedule assets 
  • Responsible for hitting scheduled targets
  • Arrange dailies, rounds, meetings, create playlists, take notes and follow up on notes
  • Arrange and/or attend senior CG Supervisor reviews & Director reviews 
  • Manage artists
  • Ensure daily & weekly report 
  • Coordinate delivery & supporting documentation as required
  • If requested by CG Supervisor or PM liaise with client to arrange reviews, meetings, conference calls, playlists etc.

 Desirable Skills

  • English fluency
  • Previous experience in production of a feature film
  • Strong communication skills
  • Resilient, organized & uses initiative
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • Comfortable dealing with all levels with the organization, including key executives & supervisors
  • Able to multitask and to juggle various priorities in a fast paced environment
  • Able to troubleshoot & solve problems
  • Calm and personable under pressure and when working to tight deadlines
  • Has a sense of humor
  • Experience & working knowledge of Shotgun a plus
