About the job : 
 

As Line Producer, you will oversee the production strategy, budget, and schedule of the animated feature, ensuring alignment with creative and technical goals. Collaborating closely with Executive Producer, and VFX Supervisor, you’ll keep the project on track and within budget. Supported by a Production Manager and Coordinators, you’ll serve as the key liaison between departments and leadership.


 

Key Responsabilities :
 

• Oversee schedule, budget, and production pipeline.

• Act as primary liaison across departments and execs.

• Manage costs, vendor contracts, staffing, and key milestones.

• Collaborate with department leads to define goals and resource needs.

• Support Executive Producer with planning and reporting.

• Proactively resolve issues to keep production on track.

• Ensure clear, consistent communication across the studio.
   

Must have :

​

• Proven track record in line producing or managing animated features, VFX, or large-scale series.

• Deep knowledge of 3D animation pipelines and workflows.

• Skilled in ShotGrid and Excel for scheduling, budgeting, and tracking.

• Strong organizational, negotiation, and communication abilities.

• Calm and clear-headed under pressure in complex, fast-paced settings.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken); bilingual production context.

• Bonus: Experience with Unreal Engine and real-time workflows.
