About the job : 

As Production Manager, you’ll work alongside the Line Producer to oversee schedules, resources, and coordination across the animated feature. Leading a team of Production Coordinators, you’ll collaborate with department heads to maintain clarity, organization, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsabilities :
 

• Support the Line Producer in managing production schedules, resources, and priorities

• Oversee and mentor a team of Production Coordinators

• Collaborate with department heads to track progress and anticipate needs

• Ensure clear communication and coordination across all departments

• Maintain up-to-date tracking tools and documentation

• Help identify and resolve production bottlenecks and workflow issues

• Contribute to planning, reviews, and reporting with the production leadership

• Support delivery deadlines and overall production goals

Must have :

• Proven experience as a Production Manager or Senior Coordinator in animation, VFX, or similar fields

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to lead teams and maintain clarity across departments

• Familiarity with production tracking tools (ShotGrid, Excel, etc.)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

• Calm and adaptable in fast-paced, multi-department environments

• Bonus: Experience with real-time pipelines and Unreal Engine

• Bonus: English proficiency is a plus in our bilingual studio
