About the job : 

Working alongside our Production Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day production process by:

​

• Assisting the Production Coordinator with their daily tasks;

• Contributing to production scheduling and tracking;

• Updating production tracking tools and databases;

• Preparing meetings and taking meeting notes;

• Facilitating communication between the different departments of the studio;

• Tracking the progress of sequences and deliveries.

Profile :

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive;

• Comfortable working in a team with strong communication skills;

• Good written and spoken English;

• Curious and motivated to learn how an animation studio operates.

• Knowledge of 3D workflows is a +

• Familiarity with ShotGrid, Excel, or equivalent planning tools is a +
