About the job : 
 

Seeking a VFX Supervisor to lead the technical direction of a stylized animated feature made entirely in Unreal Engine. You’ll work closely with Directors and key creatives to define the film’s look, guiding teams across CG, FX, Lighting, and more to align technical choices with artistic goals, from lookdev through final image review.

Key Responsabilities :
 

• Shape the film’s visual development with Directors and Production Designer.

• Ensure the visual language is faithfully executed throughout production.

• Ensure asset and scene compatibility with Unreal Engine workflows.

• Oversee lookdev and visual prototyping across departments.

• Guide asset-to-shot transition while maintaining visual consistency.

• Review lighting and compositing to ensure final image quality.

• Provide clear, consistent artistic direction and feedback.

• Partner with Production Manager on planning and resourcing.

Must have :
 

• Proven experience as VFX or CG Supervisor on animated or VFX projects.

• Strong grasp of real-time pipelines, especially Unreal Engine.

• Expertise in lookdev, lighting, FX, and compositing workflows.

• Artistic eye for stylized visuals, color, and composition.

• Comfortable bridging creative and technical teams.

• Familiar with tools like ShotGrid and Perforce.

• Strong communicator and collaborative leader.

• Proactive in solving visual and technical challenges.

• Experienced in dynamic, multi-department productions.

• Fluent in English; bilingual work environment.
