



About the job :
We are looking for a Senior/Mid Lighting Artist to handle the set lighting for environments, establishing the look and feel prior to sequence and shot lighting. You will work closely with environment modelers, surfacing artists, and lookdev teams, and provide feedback to ensure assets hold up under lighting in Unreal Engine.
Key Responsabilities :

Establish lighting setups for environments to define overall look and mood

Handle shot lighting to bring sequences to their final look and ensure consistency with the established style

Collaborate with surfacing and modeling to optimize assets for lighting and real-time rendering

Work within Unreal Engine to develop lighting that meets artistic and technical goals

Support set lighting before sequences move into shot-level work

Provide lighting feedback and support across lookdev and environment teams
Must have :

Strong experience in lighting for animated features or real-time projects

Proficiency with Unreal Engine lighting tools and real-time rendering constraints

Good eye for stylized lighting and color aesthetics

Understanding of asset optimization for real-time lighting

This is a bilingual studio and project — good English communication skills are a bonus
